Food service - public & cost sector
We work with foodservice companies supplying the public sector, from contract caterers to chefs, acting at all parts of their supply chains but focusing on the farm base, bringing businesses together to encourage greater transparency, efficiency and trust throughout the chain. This includes:
- promoting the public sector opportunity to farmers through Share to Supply and encouraging them to collaborate in order to be successful in supplying schools, hospitals, councils etc.
- providing independent advice and analysis (at a strategic & operational level) to food service companies wanting to develop stronger relationships with their farm base
- assisting with the sourcing & supply of UK agricultural products
- strengthening and optimising existing supply chains working right along the supply chain from 'farm to plate'.
