Farmers

We have a team of managers based both regionally and centrally who are able to provide advice and support to farmers who want to collaborate to strengthen and grow their business:

This might include:

  • information on the potential benefits of collaboration
  • help with establishing your prospective group, its legal structure and members' agreements
  • potential sources of finance for the venture
  • market research that may be required in order to assess the market you may be thinking of entering
  • preparation of thebusiness plan which will be fundamental to the planning and monitoring of the business

We may be providing this advice in conjunction with or on behalf of the Regional Development Agencies as part of specific programmes such as RDPE.
