What is collaboration?

The concept of farmers working collaboratively includes a wide range of business models. This stretches from:

formal collaborative arrangements between neighbouring farmers;
through seperate legal entities owned by farmers (farmer controlled businesses)
to strategic alliances and joint ventures within the food chain between FCBs and their supplies and customers.
