Associate Director

Stuart joined the EFFP from the National Farmers' Union where he was Head of the Food Chain Unit, responsible for co-ordinating the NFU's food chain activity managing the accounts of a wide range of the major food retailers, manufacturers, processors and food service operators as well as identifying and developing marketing opportunities for British farmers and growers.

As Associate Director, Supply Chain Services at EFFP, Stuart is responsible for all food chain related activity and was responsible for launching the organisation's Associate Membership which now consists of major multiple retailers, foodservice operators, manufacturers and food processors.

Since graduating form Edinburgh University in Agricultural Economics Stuart has gained considerable experience in the farming and food industry providing advice, support and technical expertise to farmers and food businesses in particular on activity relating to the food industry such as developing relationships with and influencing food chain companies.
