Simon joins EFFP from Cogent Breeding where he held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.

Simon, a Graduate of Harper Adams has held posts in Consultancy as both a Dairy Consultant and Regional Manager with Promar International, where he led a team of consultants delivering business advice to farms and rural businesses.

At Cogent Simon headed up a National Sales team of 30 and had responsibility for devising & implementing the company Sales and Marketing Strategy. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is based in the West Midlands.

Simon is also the Project Co-ordinator for Share to Milk: Collaborating for profit in the dairy sector
