Neil is EFFP’s Regional Manager for the Midlands. He has over twenty years experience as a consultant to commercial agri-food businesses, government and NGO’s and considerable expertise of the dairy, arable and food retail sectors. Neil has significant project experience at national level and has considerable local and regional knowledge and excellent relationships with key regional stakeholders.

Recent projects include:

• Development of NetworkGrainUk Central Storage Network, which includes working closely with 13 central storage businesses, main role is mentoring board and senior business managers to achieve strategic priorities.
• Improvement of corporate governance standards working with a range of businesses including Dairy Crest Direct, Woldmarsh, Camgrain, and The Green Pea Company.
• Management of major supply chain development project for public sector improving collaboration between food producers and processors.
